Shipping Time

Care will be taken to get your order shipped as soon as possible. It takes 2 business days to process your order. Delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days.

We use USPS for all shipments. Domestic $9.Canada $15.International $22. 

Online Returns & Exchanges

If you received damaged or defective merchandise or you have a warranty claim within the first year of purchase, please email customersupport@watchminder.com.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase date. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. Please contact customersupport@watchminder.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Your return item must be undamaged. You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax. We will credit the card you used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return and issue a credit
